1. Raw material control
We will detect the performance of every batch of raw material to confirm whether they meet the requirements, such as shrink rate, environmental protection, tensile strength, etc.
2. Production monitoring
Every production process has a test record to ensure that the next process of semi-finished products is qualified and records the test data. Strengthen the control of key processes and ensure the quality of products in the production process is stable.
3. Warehouse-in Inspection
Before packaging and storage, finished products must be inspected one by one, and they can only be packaged and stored after all physical and chemical properties are qualified.
4. Delivery Inspection
The company will conduct random inspections and make the relevant performance tests on each batch of products in the company laboratory before delivery. We will also issue a factory inspection report. The products can only be shipped out after qualification.
