100 polypropylene heat-shrinkable sleeve with a separate closure patch is mainly used for field joint coating of underground 3LPP-coated steel pipelines and thermal insulated pipelines.
100 polypropylene heat-shrinkable sleeve heat shrink sleeve bonds the steel substrate, epoxy, and plant-applied polypropylene coatings excellently to form a continuous and durable corrosion protection system on the pipeline.
Construction: 3 layers system
First layer: Epoxy primer
Second layer: High co-polymer hot-melt adhesive
Third layer: Radiation cross-linked polypropylene backing
