3-layer polypropylene heat shrinkable sleeves are mainly used in providing corrosion protection to pipelines with operation up to 110℃. Once installed, the shrink sleeve effectively bonds and protects steel substrate and common mainline pipe with a coating such as FBE, PE, or PP.
3-layer PP heat shrinkable sleeves can be used as either a 2-layer or 3-layer sleeve system. It depends on whether liquid epoxy primer is needed or not. For added flexibility, the sleeve can be supplied as bulk rolls or pre-cut to the required pipe size.
PP shrink sleeving is tough & lasts as long as a 3-layer, mill-applied coating.

(2) Pipeline corrosion protection materials we offer are field joint coating and pipe system coating solutions, which have passed DVGW certification in Germany and meet the ISO 21809-3 and EN 12068 standards. This product can be used as the protection coating of oil and gas pipelines such as pipe welded joints, pipe fitting, pipe bend, pipe elbow, pipe Flange, pipe tee, and pipe valve, and it plays the role of insulation, sealing, withstand moisture, chemical damage and physical damage, etc. Our pipeline 3-layer PP heat shrinkable sleeve has a good performance, the Highest design temperature IS 100℃, the Cathodic disbandment, 28day(23℃) is 7.0N/mm, and the Lap shear strength (23℃) is 5.5Mpa, the Peeling strength to steel with primer and coating layer (23℃) is 9.8N/mm and 6.4N/mm.

1. Raw material control for 3PP heat shrinkable sleeve
We will detect the performance of every batch of raw material to confirm whether they meet the requirements, such as shrink rate, environmental protection, tensile strength, etc.
2. Production monitoring for 3PP heat shrinkable sleeve
Every production process has a test record to ensure that the next process of semi-finished products is qualified and records the test data. Strengthen the control of key processes and ensure the quality of products in the production process is stable.
3. Warehouse-in Inspection
Before packaging and storage, finished products must be inspected one by one, and they can only be packaged and stored after all physical and chemical properties are qualified.
4. Delivery Inspection for 3L PP heat shrinkable sleeve
