Product Description
CT-S2250 is a reinforced two-component addition-cure silicone adhesive sealant. When used, Components A and B are mixed thoroughly at a 1:1 ratio by weight or volume, and then cure to form a red, flexible elastomer.
Product Features
1. Moderate viscosity for easy application; suitable for manual dispensing or automatic dispensing using a dispensing machine.
2. Controllable curing conditions; curing speed and depth are not affected by humidity.
3. Fast curing speed with low curing shrinkage; can be cured at room temperature or with heat.
4. Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, with a service temperature range of -60°C to 200°C.
5. Excellent chemical stability, with good resistance to UV radiation and aging.
6. Excellent electrical properties and electrical insulation performance.
7. Low hardness, excellent resilience, and good removability for easy maintenance.
8. Excellent adhesion and waterproof sealing performance.
Applications
CT-S2250 is mainly suitable for sealing battery PACK top covers, sealing PTC top covers for new energy vehicles, and other applications requiring fast bonding and sealing, such as power supplies, instruments and meters, and electronic equipment.

Customized packaging is available according to customer requirements.
Storage and Transportation
1. Store in a cool, dry and dark place below 25°C and keep the container tightly sealed.
2. This product is non-flammable and non-explosive and can be transported as general chemical goods. Protect the product from direct sunlight, compression and impact during transportation to prevent leakage.
3. Shelf life: 6 months under recommended storage conditions.
