Product description:
CT-U1041 is a two-component polyurethane structural adhesive. This product has moderate viscosity, is easy to use, and has a volume ratio of 1:1. After curing, this product has excellent water resistance, high and low temperature impact resistance, impact resistance and durability; it is mildew-proof, non-toxic and non-corrosive, and is a safe and environmentally friendly polyurethane structural adhesive.
Product features:
1. Moderate viscosity, easy to use, can be manually filled with glue or automatically filled with glue dispenser;
2. High bonding strength, especially for PET film and aluminum plate;
3. Good durability, no obvious performance attenuation after long-term high temperature and high humidity aging;
4. Flame retardant grade reaches UL94-V0;
5. Excellent high and low temperature impact resistance;
6. Excellent water resistance and waterproof sealing performance after curing.

Storage and transportation:
1. Store in a cool, dry and dark place at 5~25℃, sealed and preserved;
2. This product is a non-flammable and explosive material and can be transported as a general chemical. During transportation, it should be prevented from exposure, extrusion, and collision to prevent leakage;
3. The shelf life of this product is 6 months.
Application:
It is mainly suitable for structural bonding of new energy battery modules, and can also be used for self-adhesion or mutual bonding of polar materials such as metals, ceramics, ABS, PU, and PVC.
