Product Introduction and Features
CT-S3061 is a two-component, addition-cure silicone thermally conductive potting compound. Component A of this product is dark gray, Component B is white, and the mixed compound appears gray. With low viscosity and excellent fluidity, this product can be applied either manually or via automated dispensing equipment. It cures rapidly at room temperature or with heating, and the cured material exhibits high thermal conductivity and a flame retardancy rating of UL94 V-0. It is particularly suitable for automotive PTCs, automotive LED lights, automotive batteries, power adapters, and other applications requiring thermally conductive and flame-retardant potting.
