Product description:
CT-E3081 is a two-component epoxy thermal conductive potting compound. Component A of this product is a black viscous liquid mainly composed of epoxy resin and functional powder, and component B is a white viscous liquid mainly composed of alicyclic anhydride and functional powder. This product has good fluidity and can be manually poured or automatically poured by a dispensing machine. After curing, 304 has high bonding strength to stainless steel, AL alloy, PPS and other materials.
Product features:
1. High bonding strength, with high bonding strength for stainless steel, AL alloy, PPS and other materials;
2. Good waterproof performance. After 1000h double 85 test, the physical properties of the product such as tensile strength and shear strength decay less than 5%;
3. Excellent high and low temperature impact resistance (-40℃~105℃), no cracking and deformation after 1000h high and low temperature impact;
4. Good thermal conductivity, thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.8W/m.K, which is conducive to the heat dissipation of electronic equipment and capacitors;
5. Flame retardant grade reaches UL94-V0;
6. It has good dielectric properties, high volume resistivity and electrical breakdown strength, and good leakage resistance;
7. High hardness, high glass transition temperature Tg, and small linear expansion coefficient CTE.

Storage and transportation:
1. Store in a cool, dry and dark place below 25℃ and keep sealed;
2. This product is a non-flammable and explosive material and can be transported as a general chemical. During transportation, it should be protected from exposure, squeezing and collision to prevent leakage;
3. The shelf life of this product is 6 months.
Application areas:
Mainly suitable for waterproof sealing and heat dissipation protection of new energy film capacitor products, power supplies and other large and medium-sized electronic products.
